Our Oak wooden bowls are an ideal size for any types of use from eating, storing fruit, keys or other knick-knacks. 
 
These shallow bowls are made from 100% kiln-dried European Oak. 
 
Oak is renowned for its stunning grain and richer golden tones, exceptional hardness, durability and stability, but did you know that it also has Antimicrobial properties? 
 
We can also supply other size of bowls and European oak serving boards if you’re looking for a stunning table set for serving up food and dips. 
 
These are an ideal choice for festivals, picnics, BBQs or camping trips as these will not break like china plates and are far superior to use and own over plastic plates. 
 
These Oak wooden bowls have a lovely timber grain and a warmth of character, these wooden bowls will keep warm foods warm and cold foods cooler longer as wood has natural insulating properties. 
 
Our wooden bowls are handmade in our workshop in Lynsted.
Each oak bowl will have its own unique character, grain and colours, the pictures above will give you an idea of the look and quality you will receive. 
 
All of our wooden bowls are easy to clean, just wash with a mild soaped cloth, wipe clean then dry with a towel. 
 
To maximize their beauty and lifespan, you can occasionally wipe with a food-safe oil, or if you prefer you can leave these to develop a beautiful natural patina.
 
Do not leave these wooden bowls to soak in water or place them in a dishwasher. 
Excess scrubbing with an abrasive pad may remove the food-safe oil, if this happens just reapply another coat of food-safe oil and allow it to fully cure again before use. 
 
Please note that for hygiene reasons these cannot be returned if they have been used.
