Shipping Policy On Items Instock.
These will be posted the next working day or even the same day if ordered before 11 am using 1st class royal mail or Parcelforce.
This should be a 1 or 2 day delivery depending on how busy the couriers are.
This service will be used for our woodturning blanks, bird housed and chopping boards.
Shipping Policy On Large Bulky Items
For large items, email us for a lead time on delivery, please include your postcode so we can calculate a delivery price.
Any items up to 2 m long and below 30 kg can be sent by Parcelforce.
Items larger will need to be delivered by a private courier or via a pallet delivery service.
Shipping Policy On Bespoke Items
Please email us for our lead times for delivery on bespoke items before you place an order.
These cannot always be guaranteed but we will always endeavour to give you an accurate lead time whenever we can.
Our lead time on bespoke orders is around a 3 to 5 week, this may be extended at busy times.
Small bespoke orders may be prossesed quicker.
We always endeavour to deliver the best quality service and products to ensure that your shopping with us is a pleasure. If you have a problem or you're not satisfied with your order, please get in touch and let us know why via our contact form.
If you've changed your mind and want to return your order, you can return the item back to us at your own expense. The item must then be sent back to us with a tracked and fully insured courier within 14 days of you receiving the item. Once we receive the item back in as-new condition, we will issue a refund via the original payment method.
We can only refund items returned to us in unused or as-new condition.
If you receive a damaged item, please let us know on the day you receive the item so that we can rectify this. Please send us clear pictures of the item including the damage to the item and the parcel.
All refunds will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
Returns Policy On Bulky items
Please advise us before returning an item via the contact form.
Because of the high cost involved in posting large bulky items in most circumstances, we will charge a 30% restocking fee if you change your mind. (Excluding bespoke orders)

Returns Policy On Bespoke Items, chopping boards, bird boxes and feeders.
Furniture or items that are made to order or bespoke items can only be refunded at the discretion of Waney Edge Timbers.
Bespoke and custom orders are not eligible for refunds unless due to manufacturing fault or defect.
We cannot take back chopping boards, serving boards, cheese boards, bird tables, bird feeders or bird boxes if they have been used for hygiene reasons.
The cost of sending any item back to us is non-refundable unless agreed by Waney Edge Timbers in advance.
