These Basket Weave Hardwood end grain chopping boards are made using prime grade Sapele and Maple.
These are then sanded up to 600 grit and treated with food save oil and finally finished off with a natural homemade bee's wax finish.
These hardwood end grain wooden chopping boards are all hand made to order, this design is a Basket Weave and is a complex design to make and can take between 6 to 8 hours to just make one, these must have 3 separate gluing up stages and must then be hand sanded flat.

These are easy to clean just use a damp cloth wipe clean and then dry with a towel.
Do not put these in a dish washer or leave to soak in a bowl of water as it will make them cup.
