You are not allowed to use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms & Conditions. Waney Edge Timbers reserves the right change these Terms & Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
You will be notified of any changes but it is your responsibility to check regularly to determine if the Terms and Conditions have been changed.
If you do not agree to the changes you should not continue to use the website.
If any of these Terms & Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable to any extent for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed from the remaining terms and the remaining Terms & Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If you do not comply with these conditions of sale and we take no action in respect of that non-compliance, our right to take action in the same or a similar situation in the future will not be affected.
Our Products
We endeavour to describe our products as accurately as we can, our products are sold subject to their descriptions.
All of our timbers may include cracks, shakes, woodworm, knots, holes, inclusions, cups and twists.
Spalted timbers may include some soft timber and even possibly some mould or rot as this is what caused the spalting.
All measurements are only approximate as waney edge timbers are difficult to measure accurately the photos of the products will also add towards the description.
We can not take back chopping, serving or cheese boards if they have been used for hygiene reasons.
All products are subject to availability.
Prices
Prices are subject to changes without notice.
The final price of the order will be valid for 21 days or whilst the timber/product is avalible.
If before the 21 days the timber or item is out of stock then the quote will be null and void.
Final invoices will include TAXs and Postage fees
Placing An Order
When placing an order to purchase a product your order represents an offer to us to purchase our products.
A contract is only formed when you receive an email or text with an order confirmation.
Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as accepted in your order confirmation do not form part of the contract.
Waney Edge Timbers reserves the right to cancel any order at no cost to you.
Changes To An Order
Once an order has been confirmed changes can only be made by contacting us through the Contact Us page of the website.
Changes to orders can only be made before we post an item. Changes may affect your estimated delivery date and postage costs
Cancellation Of Order
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges made. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.
Terms and conditions apply for timbers that are bulky, cut to size and bespoke orders.
