Kiln dried oak slab table top.
This listing is for a large Waney edge slab of seasoned kiln dried character grade Oak Slab.
These are well seasoned kiln dried French oak with a moisture content of around 9%
This slab is 1160mm long .
The width of this slab is as follows
Top 620 mm
Middle 670 mm
Bottom 670 mm
Once this slab is flattened off this slab will be between 45 mm to 50 mm thick.
These measurements are taken off of the shortest front face.
This slab weighs around 22 kg.
This oak slab will be flattened off and have an aditional piece added to the back to make the slab the required with needed.
This oak slab will be supplied with one waney edge and the others all square edged with a small chamfer.
This slab is character grade oak and has some large exposed knots, shakes, pipping, small bark inclusions. The shakes (cracks) will be perfect for adding resin and bow ties. These oak kiln dried slabs are perfect for bar tops, tables, benches and many other projects.
This slabs is a sawn kiln dried oak slabs and will will need to be flattened and finished .
